Boy on a bike

First we read a story called 'boy on a bike' written by Bronwen Wall.
It was about a boy on a bike biking the length  of the North Island to raise money for St Johns.
He had a fat bike so he could go over bumpy tracks.

It was a dark and stormy night when my tummy rumbled I had an urge to get food.  I saw a near by cottage and I thought I could have a snack there so I headed towards it.

I liked the idea of a hot chicken on a stormy day like today so I had a feast.  “It was tasty”.  Then some rage girl came stomping towards me she started to run.

food was scarce around here.  Then out of the bush jumped that rage girl.  She pounced on me like a lion but she had a different look on her face she looked sorry for me.  

She let me go I was surprised.  It started to snow I had to rapp around her until she got warmer stopped snowing.  When it stopped snowing her parents picked her up so I scuttled away.

On Sunday morning I decided to build a Cenotaph.

I first design the base of the building.

Next I did the steeple at the top of the building.

The next day I did 14 little crosses in a grave yard.

I built these things because I was inspired by the dawn parade.

Then I built it as a scene.

I though it looked pretty cool!!!!!!!!!!
