This week for Numeracy we have been working on our position and orientation activities. Here is one of my groups activities.

Reading reflection week 2

This week for reading we found an article on kiwi kids news and we read it and then we worked out if it was to inform, to persuade or to entertain. I chose to do my article on the Kiwis beating England. This is what I found out.

Every Friday we check how fast we are at typing and how accurate our kiwi kids news quiz skills are. This are my results.

Writing reflection

This week for writing we chose a card that told us what to write about. We were learning how to write an explanation. My card said to write about my favorite toy. My favorite toy was a rugby ball.

Numeracy Reflection

This week for numeracy we have been focusing on position and orientation. My favorite activity was drawing a compass with 16 points.  I found drawing it very hard because you had to draw lots of lines.

Word Work refletion

This week for word work we chose a card that had an activity that we do with our spelling words. Mine was to type my spelling words in fancy letters. I did mine on a goggle drawing.

Writing term 3 week 9

This week for writing we read a thing about mummies and then we wrote a summary about mummies. One of the stages of rapping a mummie is enabling.
